Our educators are from the Sunraysia/Wentworth community; this has a strong impact on the connection between families, preschool and communities within the rural/remote area. All educators are first aid and anaphylaxis trained and have undertaken a variety of work experiences within different child facilities around Sunraysia.
Our educators aim to provide a professional quality service and have a duty of care to each individual child. We will endeavour to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where the children can feel valued and achieve a sense of belonging. We work together to implement a program that assists children to grow and discover their potential and to support their leaning development through play. We also support children to have a smooth and positive transition to school. We enhance routines that are based on the needs of each individual child and work collaboratively and effectively with all parties to achieve this. We ensure that all information and documentation of children’s learning is kept confidential but always available for parents.
